It occurred to me the other day that I had been going through a fuchsia pink phase lately ( thanks to comments by my Family on our whatsapp group chat lol). This weeks full on fuchsia look embodies my current love for all things bright and colourful. I suspect this was borne out of me subconsciously hanging on to Summer as the recent temperature drop indicates its almost over 🙁 . Which ever way, I intend to carry on the colourful love affair until Winter. I made this off the shoulder peplum blouse to go along with this pair of trousers from Topshop.
Going for a matchy look in mind, I was also looking to find a solution to the pleated detail on the front of the trousers which made my mid section look larger and the Peplum blouse did a great job of hiding it. Another great thing about the peplum design I opted for is I would get a lot of use out of it as it is a classic style and it would last the test of the time. To finish off the look, I went with feather detail mules from Prada and a metallic bag by Dior – Heres to all things Fuchsia pink!x
