Buy less and choose well, quality over quantity…these two quotes have been my mantra for the past year in a bid to achieve a minimalist closet. The best way I have found to achieve this is with quality versatile pieces, those I can wear time and again in different ways.
For this weeks look, the starting point is a wrap dress which doubles as a sarong which I have now converted into a skirt…talk about one dress three ways lol. I paired it with a shirt by the French Branch Equipment which I have had for quite a while. With its silhouette being oversized, I tend to wear it in a variety of ways from tying the ends over short skirts and dresses, to half tucking it in a pair of jeans. However while pairing it with this Polka dot dress turned Skirt, I went for a full tuck for a smart casual look. To finish off the look, I went with Polka dot sling back pumps which matched the prints on my outfit. I threw on cat eye sunnies by Celine and a vintage style pouch. What are those pieces you tend to hoard in your wardrobe? give them life this week by experimenting with the versatile ways you can wear them x
