Japanese style has had a major influence on the fashion world for as long as I can remember. With designers like Kenzo and Issey Miyake operating on a global scale, its gone mainstream. This season has seen a massive influence of Japanese inspiration with an influx of inspired pieces in high street, mid priced and high end stores.

It was hard not to indulge as comfort remains the key factor for choosing what to wear this season hence I couldn’t pass up on this kimono by Zara at its great price point and quality design. Going for a casual theme as I was out and about in Edinburgh, I threw on Levis 805 jeans, a camisole by H&M and sandals by Bottega Veneta. What are your go to pieces this season?x
