Ibiza was an absolute pleasant surprise . I say that because while the Island is known for its endless Summer parties, I was able to find ‘peace & silence’. The town of Santa Eulalia a few miles away from Old town was a serene and beautiful. The highlight of the trip was jumping on a boat to see the Island of Formentera with its White sandy beaches and clear water. This trip was now for the books! see it all be

Melia has a wonderful chain of hotels and I got to stay at the quirky cool Sol Beach House in Santa Eulalia overlooking the Mediterranean
